Terry Dow is a seasoned nonprofit and tourism professional with over two decades of leadership experience in community development, tourism management, and organizational growth across Canada.

Terry Dow is a seasoned nonprofit and tourism professional with over two decades of leadership experience in community development, tourism management, and organizational growth across Canada.

Currently serving as Program Manager at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce, Terry brings a deep commitment to supporting local business and building strong, connected communities.

Terry previously served as Executive Director of Leadership Niagara and the Simcoe Chamber of Commerce, where she led impactful programming and strategic initiatives. With a strong foundation in destination marketing, Terry held executive roles in regional tourism in both Saskatchewan (Waskesiu Wilderness Region) and Alberta (Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association). Terry held the position of Manager of the Thorold Chamber of Commerce and founding member of the Niagara Board of Trade and Commerce.  From 2004 to 2014, Terry owned and operated Destination Marketing Services, providing tourism and event management solutions for the City of Thorold.

Driven by professionalism, accountability, and integrity, Terry is known for building lasting partnerships, delivering results, and always putting community first.
