Canada’s first fully licensed teaching winery, brewery and distillery located on the campus of Niagara College in the heart of the Niagara Region. Students learn hands‑on from grape‑to‑glass and barrel to bottle in real‑world facilities, while visitors get to enjoy craft wine, beer and spirits, immersive tours, tastings, food‑pairing events and a vibrant learning‑meets‑industry environment.
