About the event
Most business leaders already manage conflict every day but, under pressure, instinctive responses can slow decisions, weaken alignment, and quietly drain performance.
This practical session introduces a research-grounded approach to using disagreement to improve decision quality, strengthen working relationships, and support better business outcomes — drawn from real executive and organizational leadership contexts.
Participants will learn how to:
Recognize the difference between productive and destructive conflict
Identify their default conflict and communication styles
Understand the five scientifically validated conflict approaches
